Before enrolling
What course should I start with?
If you have never written code, start with HTML Foundations ($699, with a mentor). For a lower-cost start, take Git Foundations, WordPress Foundations or Python for Web Developers, $299 each and self-paced. The selector on the home page suggests a full learning path.
Do I need programming experience?
Not for our beginner courses. Each course page lists its prerequisites. JavaScript courses expect basic HTML and CSS, and React courses expect JavaScript basics.
How long do courses take?
Self-paced mini-courses take 2 weeks and about 6 hours. The 1:1 capstone takes 12 weeks and about 60 hours. Each course page shows its duration and hours.
Access
When do I get access?
We activate self-paced and project courses within 15 minutes of payment. For mentor, cohort, advanced and bootcamp programs we confirm your enrollment or onboarding within 1 business day.
How do you deliver access?
We email your access details to the address you enter in your enrollment request. Access lasts from 90 days to 12 months, depending on the format.
Mentorship
Which programs include mentor support?
Mentor programs, cohort programs, advanced mentor programs, bootcamps and the 1:1 capstone. Compare them on the mentorship page.
How does feedback work?
You submit your project work and your mentor sends a written review, with a target of 2 business days. Some programs add office hours, live group sessions or 1:1 calls.
Payments
How much does a course cost?
Prices start at $199 for self-paced mini-courses and go up to $2,990 for the 1:1 capstone. Each course page shows the full price before you enroll.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. We list all prices in US dollars.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Add courses to your cart, continue to enrollment and fill in the short form. You pay nothing on this website.
How do I get confirmation?
You see an order number right after you submit. We then email you a confirmation and payment details.
Cancellation
How do I cancel?
Email hello@programmingvilla.com or use the contact form. Choose the topic "Refund/cancellation" and include your order number.
