How it works
This page walks you from picking a course to getting your certificate. The times below match the delivery terms on each course page.
1. Choosing a course
Filter the course catalog by topic, level, format, price or duration, or follow a learning path. Each course page lists the price, lessons, project, duration and delivery times.
2. Adding products to your cart
You can add self-paced, project and mentor courses to your cart. Cohorts, advanced mentor programs, bootcamps and the 1:1 capstone go in as enrollment requests, because we agree start dates and assign a mentor with you first.
3. Submitting an order
From your cart, continue to enrollment and enter your name and email. Phone, company and comments are optional. You tick a box to confirm you read the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You pay nothing on this website.
4. Enrollment confirmation
You see an order number on screen. We then email you a confirmation and payment details. For mentor, cohort, advanced and bootcamp programs we confirm within 1 business day. For the 1:1 capstone we finish onboarding and assign your mentor within 1 business day.
5. Course access
We activate self-paced, project and guided project courses within 15 minutes of payment. Access lasts:

6. Mentor-supported programs
Your mentor returns each review within 2 business days. Office hours open in the first program week. In advanced programs and bootcamps we schedule the first live session within 5 business days. Compare all mentor formats.
7. Cohort programs
We confirm your cohort details within 1 business day and schedule live sessions within 5 business days. Your mentor aims to reply to each submission within 2 business days.
8. Certificates
Each course includes a digital completion certificate. We issue it within 2 business days for self-paced and project courses and within 3 business days for cohort, advanced, bootcamp and 1:1 programs. The certificate records that you finished the course. It carries no accreditation.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy lists the terms for each format.
